L'ECT es el territori format per la provincia de Girona (Espanya) i el Departement des Pyrenees-Orientales (Franca), i representa una area d'influencia de prop d'un milio tres-cents mil habitants (prop de 450 municipis).El projecte ECTAdapt esta integrat pels seguents partners: Departement des Pyrenees-Orientales (cap de fila), Diputacio de Girona i CILMA (Consell d'iniciatives locals per al medi ambient de les comarques de Giron.
