Segunda.- Notificar la presente resolucion a los interesados, haciendoles saber que la misma no agota la via administrativa, pudiendose interponer recurso de alzada ante el Consejo de Administracion de Ports de les Illes Balears, en virtud del articulo 44.6 LCSP, de conformidad con la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Comun de las Administraciones Publicas, y recurso contencioso administrativo, conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley reguladora de dicha Jurisdiccion. Tercera.- Publicar esta resolucion en la Plataforma de Contratacion del Estado, en el perfil de contratante de Ports de les Illes Balears.Awards
