El present contracte te per objecte la contractacio de la gestio del servei de suport i atencio a les persones que assisteixen al Servei Municipal d'Ocupacio per a la realitzacio de proves d'acreditacio d'ACTIC. No procedeix la divisio del contracte en lots perque la realitzacio independent de les diverses prestacions compreses en l'objecte del contracte dificultaria la seva correcta execucio des del punt de vista tecnic, i perque el tractament unitari del contracte ofereix una major eficiencia en l'organitzacio de la prestacio, donant compliment aixi a l'establert a l'art. 99.3 LCSP.No s'esta fraccionant el contracte amb la finalitat de disminuir el seu import i eludir el requisits de publicitat o els relatius al procediment d'adjudicacio que corresponguin.L'Ajuntament de Girona no disposa ni dels mitjans ni de l'experiencia suficient com per poder assumir la docencia d'aquesta formacio.El present contracte no te per objecte la contractacio de personal, ates que no es celebrara el contracte de serveis amb la finalitat de contractar personal.
