Aixi mateix, com a resultat de les actuacions de la mesuras'acredita una millora d'una lletra en la qualificacio energetica en emissions de CO2 de l'edifici, que passa d'una classificacio G a una F, segons consta en els Certificats d'Eficiencia Energetica aportats.
