Das Bundesamt fur Bauten und Logistik (BBL) ist fur den Unterhalt dieser Liegenschaften zustandig. Die Reinigung der Fenster und Storen wird durch das BBL bzw. durch die Reinigungszenter (REZ) koordiniert und fachlich geleitet. Im Rahmen einer offentlichen Ausschreibung wird die Fenster- und Storenreinigung fur die erwahnten Liegenschaften im Jahr 2016 neu vergeben.Die Leistungen werden in einem offenen Verfahren nach WTO-Regeln vergeben. Die Liegenschaften sind in Objektgruppen aufgeteilt. Ein REZ besteht aus mehreren Objektgruppen. Die Vergabe erfolgt losweise pro REZ. Ein Anbieter kann fur mehrere REZ bzw. Lose ein Angebot einreichen. Pro Anbieter wird aber nur ein REZ bzw. Los vergeben. Gibt ein Anbieter ein Angebot fur mehr als ein Los ab, so hat er eine Prioritatenordnung fur den Fall anzugeben, dass er in 2 oder mehr Losen den Zuschlag erhalten wurde.Die Reinigungsarbeiten werden fur 4 Jahre, mit der einseitigen Option der Auftraggeberin um Verlangerung um ein Jahr, vergeben.Awards
