Bioinformatik (projektverantwortlich Hartmann Architekten) Die Geschosse 9-12 werden fur das Institut fur Bioinformatik ausgebaut. Die bestehenden Einbauten werden zugunsten einer neutralen Struktur zuruckgebaut. Ebenfalls Bestandteil des Umbaus ist die Sanierung des Dachgeschosses als Studienlounge fur die Nutzer des gesamten Gebaudes. a) 2. Infrastrukturmassnahmen (projektverantwortlich Hartmann Architekten). Im gesamten Gebaude wird ein neues Wasser und Abwassernetz installiert. Die Hauptverteilung Elektro und alle noch nicht ersetzten Unterverteilungen Elektro werden ersetzt. Ein Anschluss an das Kuhlnetz des Unispitals im Bio-/Pharmazentrum wird hergestellt. b) Unisport (projektverantwortlich Beat Egli Architekt) Im Erd- und Untergeschoss werden Fitness- und dazugehorige Nebenraume fur den Unisport Basel hergerichtet: nach dem Ruckbau der bestehenden Ausbau- und Installationsteile, erfolgt die strukturelle Erganzung um die Anlagen der Frauen- und Herrengarderoben. Den Nutzungsanforderung entsprechend, bildet der neue Ausbau den Abschluss der Bauarbeiten. Die Arbeiten werden voraussichtlich von Juli bis Dezember 2011 durchgefuhrt.Awards
