Die Korridore sind in ihrem originalen Zustand zu belassen, die Zimmerschichten werden erneuert. Erheblichen Aufwand bringen die erforderlichen Erdbebenmassnahmen in allen Trakten mit sich. Samtliche Eingriffe konnen denkmalpflegerisch unbedenklich im Innern der Schulzimmer eingebaut werden, die ohnehin Bestandteil der Sanierung sind. Haustechnik Alle Heizkorper werden mit gesicherten Thermostatventilen ausgestattet. Die Luftung der Bestandsbauten wird weiterhin uber die bestehenden Fensterlufter gewahrleistet. Im Hohlraum der neuen abgehangten Decken werden die Rohre fur die Lampen verlegt. Die bestehende Kanalisation wird durchgespult, uberpruft und gegebenenfalls saniert. Die maroden Sanitarleitungen werden uberall ersetzt.Awards
