Dieses sieht vor, die konkreten Bestellungen an die Anbieter entsprechend ihrer Rangfolge auszulosen. Die konkrete Auftragsvergabe, erfolgt in der Regel vorrangig an den Zuschlagsempfanger des Loses 1 sollte dieser seine Leistungsgrenze erreichet haben und somit den Auftrag nicht durchfuhren konnen, geht der Auftrag an den Zuschlagsempfanger des Loses 2. Sollte auch dieser nicht leisten konnen geht der Auftrag an den Zuschlagsempfanger des Loses 3.Im Einzelfall kann vom Kaskaden Modell abgewichen werden, wenn aufgrund des raumlichen Bezuges und/oder Vorkenntnisse, sowie der konkreten Ausnutzung des betreffenden Rahmenvertrages sich ein bestimmter Losempfanger aufdrangt.Awards
