Beide Anlagen sind in die Jahre gekommen und mussen saniert werden. Zu diesem Zweck wird die gesamte Anlage bis auf das Restaurant Spoede abgebrochen und wieder neu aufgebaut. Das Restaurant Spoede wird in den Rohbau zuruckgebaut und von dort an wieder neu aufgebaut. Um den heutigen Bedurfnissen des Betreibers sowie den Vereinen nachzukommen, wird die ganze Anlage erweitert und auf den heutigen Stand der Technik gebracht. Zusatzlich wird das Eishockeyfeld uberdacht um Witterungs unabhangig zu werden.
