L'appel d'offres porte sur la periode d'achat du 1.1.2012 au 31.12.2016 et concerne les prestations suivantes: - livraison d'env. 40 000 ecrans plats de dimensions differentes, y c. transport et prestations de service.Un marche sera attribue aux deux soumissionnaires qui auront presente l'offre la plus avantageuse economiquement. Il doit s'agir de deux fabricants differents.L'appel d'offres ne porte sur aucun marche de base (livraison d'une quantite minimale), mais uniquement sur des options. L'attribution du marche ne garantit aucune commande d'ecrans d'ordinateur. Les fournisseurs de prestations de la confederation pourront choisir entre les deux produits en fonction des besoins des offices.
