Von der Sanierung betroffen sind sechs Gebaude, drei stadtische Teilprojekte (S1-S3) und drei der Energie Uster AG (E2-E4). Der allgemeine Zustand der Liegenschaften S1, S2, E2 und E3 aus dem Jahr 1971/73 ist sanierungsbedurftig. Das Feuerwehrgebaude S2 wird zudem um zwei Geschosse aufgestockt und seitlich erweitert. Die Hauptsammelstelle S3 wurde im Jahr 1993 gebaut und wird partiell saniert, das Parkhaus E4 ist ein Neubau. Alle Gebaude auf dem Areal unterliegen einem Etappierungskonzept. Die Sanierung und Aufstockung wird unter laufendem Betrieb ausgefuhrt. Die zweigeschossige Erschliessungsplattform E1 wird zurzeit saniert. Die Ausfuhrung wurde unabhangig von den restlichen Teilprojekten bereits ab August 2016 begonnen und ist nicht Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung.Awards
