Tenderers are being asked to submit their best price for any route/s detailed in the invitation to tender. If the County Council considers that an electronic auction (e-auction) will deliver additional benefits it will run the e-auction. However, only those suppliers who have submitted a response to the Invitation to Tender will be eligible to participate in the e-auction. i.e. Tenderers will be able to participate in the e-auction provided they have submitted a response to at least one of the routes in the Invitation to Tender.Awards
