The Framework is divided into 2 lots as follows: Lot 1 - Internal works. Contractors appointed to this lot will be required to carry out a range of internal planned maintenance works, including (without limitation) sundry repair and/or replacement of: -- kitchens, -- bathrooms, -- electrical installations, -- central heating systems, -- windows, -- doors, -- asbestos surveys and removal, -- major voids, -- insulation, -- damp proofing, -- structural works. Lot 2 - External works. Contractors appointed to this Lot will be required to carry out a range of external planned maintenance works, including (without limitation) works to: -- pitched and flat roofs, -- chimneys & flashings, -- rainwater goods, -- facia, soffits and bargeboards, -- walls, i.e. pointing, cladding etc, -- porches and canopies, -- balcony floors, balustrades and railings, -- fences and gates, -- paths and hard standings, -- boundary walls, -- asbestos surveys and removal, -- painting, -- insulation, -- damp proofing, -- structural works. Please refer to the Pre Qualification Questionnaire for further details of the works to be carried out under the Framework Agreement. Applicants should note that, under the Framework Agreement, the Trust shall not be under any obligation to call off contracts with framework contractors. The proposed Framework Agreement will be in place for a maximum period of 4 years, however contracts called off under the Framework Agreement may, where appropriate, continue beyond the 4 year term of the Framework Agreement.Awards
