It is envisaged that volume will be mainly for domestic systems, however there may be a requirement over the 4 years for commercial and/or multi fuel servicing and maintenance.Efficiency North is supported by the Homes and Communities Agency and YoHr Space the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnership. For more information about Efficiency North visit www.efficiencynorth.org.(Note that Efficiency North (Yorkshire and Humberside) (EN) are part of Re:allies which is a unique Northern alliance of registered (housing) provider consortia consisting of Procure Plus (PP), Lancashire Housing Partners (LHP), Cumbria Housing Partners (CHP), Procure Plus Associates (PPAL), and North East Procurement (NEP). For more information about the Re:allies alliance and the housing consortia it comprises please visit www.re-allies.com. Additional housing consortia may join the Re:allies Alliance from time to time).The framework agreement will be split geographically, and it is envisaged that the framework of successful contractors for each region would then subsequently undergo 1 of 4 exercises as a means of calling-off from the framework agreement. These options are;1. Direct Selection,2. Rate Call-off,3. Single Stage Price / Quality Mini Competition or4. Single Stage Price Only Mini Competition.It is envisaged that the framework agreement will initially be entered into by Selby District Council on behalf of Efficiency North and the successful contractors, however the framework agreement may be novated from Selby District Council on behalf of Efficiency North to the Re:allies Partnership in the event that the Re:allies Partnership has been incorporated. This will not affect the scope of the framework agreement or the works that it covers.The following contracting authorities will be entitled to call off under the EN framework agreement as and when required:1.
