Buying entity๐ฌ๐ง Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust Buying unitnot reported Publication date2013-03-25 Contest statusnot reported DescriptionThe Trust currently has a CQUIN target associated solely with patient experience measurement and improvement and the use of an electronic capture and reporting mechanism is integral to successfully meeting this target. The Trust currently uses Fabio Frog software and Panasonic hardware to deliver the electronic capture and reporting of the required patient experience data. The existing system is paramount to NUH delivering and achieving the patient experience CQUIN requirements. However the software licenses expire in February 2013 and to enable us to deliver our CQUIN requirements for 2012/13, we will need the current software system to be in place for March 2013. The Trust therefore needs to renew the software license with Fabio Frog software or procure a single, consolidated patient experience software survey tool, that provides a comprehensive real-time capture, reporting and alerting mechanism for the Trust from Board to Ward.Awards
