Typically these activities will be carried out on the following types of premises; Secondary Schools, Primary Schools, Nurseries, Special Needs Schools, Libraries, Museums Arts & Cultural Buildings, Community Facilities, Information Centres, Office & Administrative Buildings, Sports Pavilions, Residential Care Homes, Day Care Centres and Council residential properties. Please note this list is not exhaustive. Full descriptions can be found on the Specifications for each of the relevant Lots.Although the tender draws together Dangerous Building Support Works and Demolition Works requirements from Housing & Property Services and Planning & Transportation Services it is intended that all other Council departments can use this Framework Agreement as required.Lot 2(1) Underwood Road OfficesContractor to price for the demolition and clearance of the various buildings complete including the removal and capping of all drainage (including redundant manholes), removal all of redundant services up to the site boundary, foundations up to a depth of 1.50m, sub bases, footpaths where indicated, at the Environmental Services Offices, Units 1 and 2, 52 Underwood Road, Paisley PA3 1TLLot 3(1) Arkleston CourtRemoval of all asbestos based material, mechanical demolition of structures and building within the site boundaries, including the removal of all foundations to a depth 0f 1.50m, hard standings, footpath and buried redundant services.
