Work to Fire, Police and NHS properties may be needed. Exclusively civil engineering works such as highways, bridges or coastal works will not be included.The Intermediate Framework will follow the principles and practice of the existing the Hampshire-Surrey Local Construction Framework (LCF) for projects up to 1 500 000 GBP. The Framework will be based on the 2-stage appointment of contactors to projects, early contractor engagement, open-book pricing and collaborative working as practised by the LCF framework. The type of work will include the requirement for contractors to be able to provide full design services with a construction project.The Framework will be available to all public sector bodies and associated organisations as listed in Section VI.2 of this award notice.Awards
