The services to be provided include architecture, quantity surveying with project management, building services engineering, structural engineering, building surveying, CDM coordination, land surveying, ground investigation, planning consultancy, commercial surveying and water management. The providers will work closely, and co-operate with Local Government and other contracting authorities, in-house and external design consultants, contractors and other partner providers. Scape has procured on behalf of the East Midlands Property Alliance a comprehensive design and technical services framework covering all the East Midlands and specified adjoining areas.
