The system will be used by approximately 157,000 Staff across 22 Regional Health Boards. The purpose of the solution is to provide the means for staff to input responses to an Employee Engagement questionnaire and to undertake automated analysis of those responses. The system will produce an Employee Engagement Index score at three organisational levels as part of the roll out of the NHSScotland Employee Engagement Continuous Improvement Model. The system will support future small Surveys at NHS Scotland and also at NHS Board level. This will be utilised to further enhance the collation of information for future analysis, and to measure, benchmark and facilitate change. The successful supplier will be expected to provide the software solution and associated services to deliver the solution. These will include but are not limited to development, implementation, training, consultancy and support. The supplier will be required to provide a minimum of seven years support.
