NHS England are accountable for the provision of orthodontic services and are proposing to commission a Pseudo dynamic purchasing system (PDPS) in order to procure future orthodontic services across the North of England which will be phased in from August 2018. The PDPS seeks to establish 5 lots through which providers will be invited to tender for future contracts.
