To enable the service to provide specific, local and appropriate learning, a proportion of the grant is awarded as Neighbourhood Learning in Deprived Communities (NLDC) It is expected that applications be realistic, achievable, clearly identify and meet Doncaster's local employment and community needs whilst fulfilling the ESFA remit of supporting the most disadvantaged individuals. We aim to work with partners who can enhance the current AFCL offer of internal delivery, recognising gaps and bringing outside expertise and programmes of learning that will benefit Doncaster residents.
