Approximately 113 units required for temperature monitoring and compliance suitable for a laboratory environment to monitor temperatures over wide working ranges as depicted below: Working Temperature range: Fridges x28 1degC-10degC generally +/- 0.1-10degC (Lowestoft) 4degC +/- 4degC (Weymouth) Freezers (-40oC) x25 -40oC generally +/- 5degC (Weymouth) Incubators (including temperature profiling requirements) x33 15-37oC generally +/- 1degC to +/- 2degC tolerance range for individual incubators Ovens x 1 Max Temperature range: 105oC +/- 10degC (for normal drying ovens - not muffle furnaces) Minus (-80degC) Freezers x19 Min Temperature range -80degC+/- 8degC Rooms (ambient) x7 20degC +/- 5degC generally 2. To be able to electronically record this information to comply with our quality standards including ISO9001, ISO17025 and GLP. 3. All items need to be traceable to a reference thermometer either directly or other process. 4. The solution would need to operate within all temperature parameters as stated above in section 1 and include stated uncertainty and offset within range. 5. Full working instructions to be included and consideration of service and maintenance requirements. 6. Requirement to be able to carry out temperature profiling with adjustable time setting for readings and to work over specific ranges for different pieces of equipment. 7. Must have Data logger resolution of 0.02degC, must be accurate to <1degC 8. Out of tolerance alert - email as minimum requirement 9. Potential of calibration also by existing internal methods.
