Potential tasks may include but shall not be limited to the following: -- Development of new and enhancement of existing mathematical models using MATLAB, Simulink and SimPowerSystems. Modelling activities are expected to range from very high fidelity descriptions of small parts of ship's electrical power systems up to full marine power system representations,-- Provision of subject matter expertise in marine power systems in support of modelling activities on a wide range of equipment such as electrical power systems, electric machines, power electronics and marine prime movers,-- Provision of support to MES ESG's modelling suite,-- Provision of accredited training for MOD personnel,-- Provision of independent assessments of models produced by third parties,-- Provision of support to third parties in the development of mathematical models for MES ESG.Awards
