There are around 20 industrial estates in the city hosting a range of businesses and business types. Very few of the industrial estates are owned by the local authority however the businesses located in these estates contribute to the local economy we are therefore keen to build our understanding of them and their needs in order to ensure that they remain viable and have access to the support services that they may need in order to grow.This commission will contribute to the council's understanding of its business strengths and provide information that will help us determine how best to support and grow our business base.
