HPFT has recently implemented a Trust-wide business intelligence system using the Cognos 10.2.1 platform, hosted internally at the Trust's datacentre in St Albans. As part of that implementation the Trust has acquired approximately 370 licences to provide staff with access to the system at a variety of levels. These licences range from basic Consumer level up to BI Professional and Administrator, with an emphasis on providing self-service BI to the Trust at every level. In order to drive cost savings and obtain best value, the Trust is seeking an IBM-certified partner to provide maintenance on those licences over a three year period from February 2015, and to assist in upgrading and managing changes to the licencing profile during that period as required.Awards
