The scope of works will mainly cover planned maintenance to Stirling Council Housing stock and other Housing assets. There will be some reactive maintenance allowed for in the tender documents. This contract may also be used to carry out Works to the Council's public buildings. The Works shall be divided into Lots. Contractors shall be given the opportunity to apply for single Lots, all Lots or any combination of Lots. Details below of the (14) different Lots. The amounts shown are the anticipated spend over a maximum (4) year term.
