The Council's Changing Lives Programme for people with learning disabilities, intends to commission and contract with providers through the "call off" process under the terms of the framework agreement.The framework agreement consists of three lots as follows:-- lot 1: learning disability domiciliary support,-- lot 2: learning disability housing related support,-- lot 3: learning disability supported living services.The Framework Agreement will run from the 10.6.2011 and will be for an initial 3 (three) year period with an option to the Council (in its absolute discretion) to extend for a further one year period. All values and figures quoted are indicative only as the Council can not guarantee future requirements and levels of work that will be required.
