Fife Council is looking for a fully managed service from the new Contract to reduce the administration carried out by Fife Council staff which currently takes more time and resources than we want to allocate. We require the successful Tenderer to manage the administration of new members and leavers of the scheme and the invoice generation. The new Supplier must be aware that invoices must be received within agreed timescales to allow deductions from employees pay. Pay dates will be shared with the successful Tenderer at a scheduled Contract Initiation meeting.
